George Grant Added to Huskie Line-up

Noted crooner is coming to the reunion.

North Hollywood.   Noted crooner, song writer, and guitarist George Grant has been added to the Huskie music lineup for Huskiemania, set to blast off on Sunday, June 26, at 11:00 AM at the NHHS Quad. Grant, from the gifted Huskie class of '63, will sing the smash hit, "Singing the Blues", by Guy Mitchell.

The hit song, stayed #1 on the Billboard Box for 9 weeks in 1956. Grant, a regular with the school group, "The Argonauts" is also working on a new device called the internet, which some say is faster than a typewriter. Grant will marry the international tennis sensation Cynthia Lopez Domingo, next year at the seaside Malibu estate of Charles (Freddie) Kern, father of Huskie Yell Champion, Fred Kern. Grant will be backed by the well known Las Vegas and LA drummer, Allen Weiss, and his four piece rock band. Huskiemania is a joint production of LAStory.info, and GM Communications, Valley Village, CA.
