That's actor Stephen Amell, the Studio City star who is in the series Arrow about the superhero Green Arrow, and also starred in Queer as Folk and Dante's Cove.
Amell plays Oliver Queen in the series, and in the past week in the show (which is soon ending its first season), the character is revealing his superhero identity to some friends.
