Run Cheetah Run!
One of the Highlights For Me When I Visited The Cheetah Conservation in Namibia is Watching the Cheetahs Who Cannot Be Released Back in the Wild as they Exercise.
From time to time I have written about my visit at the Cheetah Conservation Fund in Namibia. It was a lot of fun spending time out there and introducing Diane to what I had seen and experienced the last time I was there.
One of the highlights for me is watching the cheetahs who cannot be released back in the wild exercise. CCF brings out 4 cheetahs at a time on a large field. Hooking a long line with a rag tied to it to a motor they stretch this line over the field and let ‘er rip! The cheetahs chase after it. To say they are fast does not begin to describe it. What really made this fun was the fact that while watching 2 of the cheetahs run I had forgotten that there were 2 others. Wait until the end of the video to see what I mean.
