Clean Up Laurel Canyon!

The hillside across from 3122, 3130, 3136 Laurel Canyon Blvd. is littered with paper, styrofoam, and PVC pipe. Whoever is responsible to clean up this property is missing in action. This is on the west side of Laurel Cyn. 50-100 yards south of Dona Pegita. And behind the retaining wall someone has dumped a rolled up carpet and pad. A party house on the block lets glass and litter fly down hill or across the street. It's an eyesore. Saw a buck roaming there with litter at his feet. 
We have tried as residents to clean this before but with all the traffic (we have to cross Laurel Canyon) it's TOO DANGEROUS. Can someone clean up this beautiful hillside and could someone in authority speak to the owners of 3136 Laurel Cyn about keeping their trash off the streets.
