Introduction to Unitarian Universalism

Following the Jan. 23rd morning service and social

hour, our parish minister, the Rev. Jay Atkinson, will lead

this single-session introduction to our church and our religious

tradition—who we are, where we come from, and

what we stand for. We’ll talk about our own religious

journeys, UU history and the guiding principles of our

liberal religious tradition, and our congregational life.

This informal meeting is intended especially for newcomers

and also for anyone thinking about membership

in the church. However, everyone is welcome and even

long-time members and friends can gain a better understanding

of our history and identity. We invite your questions

and encourage you to bring along anyone else you

think might be interested
