UFO 'Witch' from Monterrey Mexico Revealed to MUFON Members

See some video clips on YouTube.

The tall upright cylindrical figure moved slowly across the screen, across a canyon, across a hill.

"The experts say that there is no way something could move so steadily because it's a very windy canyon," said the speaker, Diana Perla Chapa, a researcher and UFO group leader from Monterrey, Mexico, where the video was shot.

Chapa was the April speaker of the Mutual UFO Network of Los Angeles held in Studio City on Tuesday night to a crowd of about 50 people. Chapa is very well known in Mexico as a UFO investigator and television host.

For the past decade, she has been the Director of the UFO Club of Nuevo Leon, which is based in Monterrey, Mexico. Her first UFO encounter at age nine gave her a profound interest in the UFO subject. At this point, she has been researching for more than 30 years on a not-for-profit basis.

"There was an incident with three dots that seemed to be flying together, and then there is this," she said, showing the clip of the "witch" flying over and through the canyon.
