Studio City resident John Mekrut sent in this photo and says he thought it was in bad taste.
There is a series of photos along the boulevard by Bob Gruen showing rock stars in an exhibit at the Annenberg Space for Photography www.annenbergspaceforphotography.org.
The exhibit is called "Who Shot Rock and Roll?"
It may be an unfortunate title when showing John Lennon, who was gunned down in front of his house in Manhattan.
