Jazz, blues, Gospel and Brazilian samba rock the Unitarian-Universalist Church of Studio City on October 3rd as vocalist Dawn Bishop and other former members of Sergio Mendes' famous "Brazil" groups take the stage.
"Also on the bill reading her prose is award-winning author/teacher Jill Robinson." "Her inclusion at a jazz concert might seem [unusual], but her heart warming showbiz short stories have an amazing resonance with jazz. Robinson, you may recall, is the daughter of Dore Schary, head of MGM during the 50s."
