Amanda Bynes ran out of gas not far from home in Studio City this week. Photographers caught the newly-blonde starlet when she ran completely out of gas. This time, she wasn’t involved in a fender-bender with her car as she had in the recent past. She had to walk to a gas station and came back with an employee who brought a gallon of gas for her. She had to go to an ATM to get some cash . . .
