It must be nice to have clout. Studio City residenttold Jay Leno on The Tonight Show that he took his girlfriend on a quiet night out—to the Staples Center.

The youth said he didn't know he was driving too fast and he got a ticket for driving through a construction zone. When the officer asked him if he knew why he pulled him over, Bieber answered, “Is it because you like my car?”
Bieber said his favorite Halloween costume was a carpentry outfit wearing his dad's togs, and drew a mustache on. He stopped trick-or-treating at about 14 or 15 (he's only 17).
Bieber was not only promoting his new holiday music Under the Mistletoe, but also his new fragrance which he said, "Smells like heaven."
