Last Chance to Get Your Cameo in the 'Deep Throat Sex Scandal' Movie

The Studio City-based writer and producer David Bertolino is giving everyone one more day to allow you to be in a movie about one of the most successful films of all time—Deep Throat.

Bertolino is producing "The Deep Throat Sex Scandal" as an indie film after a very successful run in Los Angeles as a play on Melrose Avenue.

More than 100 bus benches throughout Los Angeles touted the possibility of a cameo in a movie about Deep Throat. Rather than shopping the film project through the traditional ways, Bertolino is going through Indiegogo, and he said his goal is $25,000, and he has already hit that mark, but you can still participate through Monday.

"I am thrilled with the excitement that people have about the film, we are well on our way to getting it done," Bertolino said.

Marc Ginsburg, the actor who portrayed Harry Reems in the play, and other cast members such as Sally Kirkland, Natasha Charles Parker (who played Linda Lovelace), and others were at the kick-off party last month in Studio City, and they will have roles in the movie as well. Ron Jeremy and Nina Hartley, famous iconic porn stars who knew Lovelace and Reems, will also offer special favors if you donate a certain amount.

No, you don't have to get naked to be in the film. The movie looks at the story from the perspective of Reems, and how the government over-reached by prosecuting him.

The seed money used with the $25,000 will finance a full-scale trailer of the movie, allowing them to take the project to the next level, such as distribution companies and film festival.
