Miley Cyrus Removes Tattoos; Kim Kardashian Buys Some Shoes; Gwen Stefani Visits Doc, Hayden Panettiere's Culture Shock

Did s have some of her tattoos removed? The was so proud about having her as a client, yet she was seen with her boyfriend going to a dermatologist in Studio City this week in tight short shorts looking for a tattoo removal. No word on which one it was. . . .

But don’t think this is a way of cleaning up. Just this weekend, she was seen and photographed at a shop that was called by the gossip rags: “Cigars Hookahs Pipes” in Studio City (see photos above.)

has now become a cultural phenomenon now that she’s together (again) with her boyfriend Milo Ventimiglia. She has joined the conjoined coupling of Brangelina, TomKat and Benifer and their pairing is now dubbed by the gossip rags as “Ha-Lo.”

The 22-year-old Hayden went to a local skin care salon and was caught by paparazzi along the way. . . .
