Valley View Elementary School Families and Friends are invited to attend the LA International Short Film Festival's FAMILY ANIMATION PROGRAM at the Laemmle NoHo, 5240 Lankershim Blvd., on Sunday, Sept. 9. This program, created by VVE Dad Bob Arentz is designed for kids of all ages. Tix are $12 for adults; kids under 12 are free. Mention Valley View at the box office and 50% of ticket sales will be donated to our school.
After the show, save your ticket stub and head 1/3 mile down the street to Otis Jackson's Soul Dog, 5166 Lankershim Blvd., where you can enjoy Chicken and Waffles, premium hot dogs, and southern fixins.
Restaurant owner and VVE mom, Rasheedah Young, has offered to donate 50% of VVE sales that afternoon to the school - just show your ticket stub.
