One thing is clear: American's love their dogs. But not all of them know how to properly train their pets to become the well-behaved four-footed friends that they are hoping for.
That is where "Dogs in the City"'s doggy guru Justin Silverenters the picture. The Manhattan-based owner of The Language of Dogs -- who claims to speak dog -- steps in to help with issues that need to be resolved between owners and their pets.
"I key into them and I have an intuitive sense with them, but in my job, it is as important to speak person as it is dog," Silver said in a one-on-one interview on the CBS lot in Studio City. "Training dogs is easy, but you are training owners how to train dogs. So I always say, 'It is like training ballroom dance. You are teaching two people to dance, but you are teaching one person to lead.'"
