A Father's Day Recipe from Hugo's

is planning on serving loads of Pasta Papa for Father’s Day along with their brunch menu. If you can’t make it in, Hugo’s has kindly shared the recipe for their famous dish.


5 oz. Linguini Pasta (about 1/3 lb. fresh pasta)

2 oz. cooked bacon (aprox. 2 slices)

3 oz. cooked sausage

1 tbsp oil or clarified butter

2 cloves fresh garlic, peeled and minced

2 tbsp chopped Italian parsley

1 oz. grated parmesan cheese

2 tbsp chopped green onion

2 extra-large eggs, beaten

1 tsp. seasoning – mix ¼ tsp ea. garlic powder, oregano, seasoning salt, onion powder

Optional or to taste, depending on seasoning of products you use.

¼ tsp. table salt

¼ tsp black ground pepper


Cook pasta 2-3 min till al dente. Heat saute pan and add oil or butter. When hot, warm bacon and sausage. Add garlic, parsley, green onion, seasoning, (salt & pepper to taste,) and cook for 30 seconds. Add cooked pasta and eggs to the saute pan, mix well and serve in a large bowl. Optional: Garnish with parsley and extra parmesan.
