PASTA PAPA
5 oz. Linguini Pasta (about 1/3 lb. fresh pasta)

2 oz. cooked bacon (aprox. 2 slices)
3 oz. cooked sausage

1 tbsp oil or clarified butter
2 cloves fresh garlic, peeled and minced
2 tbsp chopped Italian parsley
1 oz. grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped green onion
2 extra-large eggs, beaten
1 tsp. seasoning – mix ¼ tsp ea. garlic powder, oregano, seasoning salt, onion powder
Optional or to taste, depending on seasoning of products you use.
¼ tsp. table salt
¼ tsp black ground pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook pasta 2-3 min till al dente. Heat saute pan and add oil or butter. When hot, warm bacon and sausage. Add garlic, parsley, green onion, seasoning, (salt & pepper to taste,) and cook for 30 seconds. Add cooked pasta and eggs to the saute pan, mix well and serve in a large bowl. Optional: Garnish with parsley and extra parmesan.
