Anna Nicole Smith's House Sells for $1.3 Mil

Courts approve the sale six years after the Studio City model died.

The famed house of Anna Nicole Smtih where she taped her reality show, was approved to be sold by the courts for $1.3 million.

It's been six years since the Playboy model died of an overdose, and her daughter Dannielynn will get the proceeds fo the sale, according to NBC News.

Smith bought the home at 3646 Avenida Del Sol under her real name, Vickie Lynn Marshall. Dannielynn, and the child's father, photographer Larry Birkhead, moved into the home and were frequently seen at the Studio City Farmers Market over the years.

Smith paid $1.34 million for the Mediterranean-style home in April 2005. The 4,700-square foot house has five bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths and has a pool and hillside view.

The house was listed originally at $1.75 million.

The Anna Nicole Show was one of the mos successful reality shows and a Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff approved of the sale.
