Dough Biz is the newest hit at the Studio City Farmer's Market where customers can take a gourmet, organic cookie dough base and choose from over two dozen mix-ins to create their o wn custom cookie dough to bake at home.
Mix-ins include a huge variety of candy, cookies, pretzels, nuts, potato chips, dried fruits, peanut butter and many, many more! Even bacon!
Yup, bacon (mix it with maple syrup sugar and you're in true hog heaven!). Can't wait that long to have a cookie? No problem. Dough Biz bakes cookies throughout the day so there are always freshly baked cookies on hand. Dough Biz! Make it, take it, bake it!
Dough Biz is the brain child of long time Studio City resident, , well known author of the bestselling Sucks book series of witty guide books. Joanne considers cookie dough to be one of her oldest and dearest friends seeing her through slumber parties and bad break ups and she is very excited to start her business with her dear BFF!
The Studio City Farmer's market is open every Sunday from 8 a.m. -2 p.m.
