Famed N.Y. Cheese Shop to Bring 100th Store to Studio City Ralph's
Murray's Cheese from Greenwich Village is coming to Los Angeles in other locations as well.
The 100th storefront nationwide for famed cheese proprietor Murray's Cheese, based for 73 years in Greenwich Village in New York, will open in Studio City, one of several locations planned for Los Angeles, reports NBC4.
It will be a celebration on Feb. 1 at 10901 Ventura Blvd. during the grand opening, including cheese tastings and 100 free grilled cheese sandwiches from its Grilled Cheese Truck, beginning at 11 a.m.
Murray's Cheese is planned for four other Ralph's locations in Los Angeles and will also offer a large selection of specialty cheeses native to California, according to Grub Street.
