For another steady week of gas prices, there are still a few (but not many) places to find gas for less than $4 a gallon.
Again, if you aren't careful where you shop, you could be almost paying half a buck more (or less) in different parts of Studio City.
If you're traveling long distances and want to plan your gas strategy, some of the lowest prices in California are in the Vallejo area. Some of the highest prices (around $5) are in the Needles, West Covina and Burbank areas.
The average price around the country is $3.79 a gallon, but it continues to be about $4.05 a gallon in California, a slight decline over last week.
Prices have actually decreased about 7 cents a gallon in a week in Los Angeles, and is still about $1.05 more than it was a year ago.
