Get Your New Year's Resolution in Gear With Celebrity Yoga Teacher and Trainer to the Stars

Just in time to get your New Year's health and fitness resolutions in gear, InYoga Center, the San Fernando Valley's premier yoga studio, will host a neighborhood Open House this Sat. Jan. 7 with free 1-hour "Intro to Yoga" classes, yoga pose demonstrations and refreshments.  The open house will feature a raffle for free InYoga class packages, yoga mats, and t-shirts. The first 200 people to arrive will receive a free InYoga tote bag.

She co-hosted On Air with Ryan Seacrest, and was a member of the pop group Eden's Crush with Nicole Scherzinger.
