Henry's Tacos Sign Gets Added to Valley Relics

The San Fernando Valley Relics, which preserves history of the San Fernando Valley from the 1800's to the 1980's (www.ValleyRelics.net) just changed their Facebook header to include the HENRY'S TACOS sign that they've recently acquired.

The Relics, at 13212 Raymer St, North Hollywood  is a personal collection of rare photos, yearbooks, documents, postcards, toys, photo negatives, vintage signs, books, antiques and artifacts from the 1800′s to present, from the San Fernando Valley. The collection is currently housed in North Hollywood, by Tommy Gelinas, a valley native born in Burbank.

Janis Hood, whose family owned Henry's Tacos until it moved recently, said,  "The taco sign is from Henry's Tacos, which was owned by my family for 51 years on the corner of Moorpark and Tujunga in NH/ Studio City. Henry's, minus the Googie signage, is now just south of there, on Tujunga Ave."
