shop at 4366 N. Coldwater Canyon Ave. requested a liquor license for sale of beer and wine in conjunction with a restaurant. The request was made June 12. The case number is: ENV-2012-1538-CE.
The request asks for useage Sunday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to midnight and 10 a.m to 2 a.m. Friday and Saturday, with 57 seats inside and a dozen seats outside.
Also, the CVS Pharmacy at 12100 W. Ventura Blvd. is asking for a permit (requested June 4) to re-stucco and paint the bulding, remove the canvas canopies and add new corrugated sheet metal in the rear south entry, and a new canopy at the rear. They are also asking to replace lights. It is part of the Ventura Boulevard Specific Plan area.
