It's one of the newest pubs in the whole city, and it's one of a few local British-style pubs, but it still was named the best of the batch according to the Brits.
Local expat group Brits in LA recently took a poll of their thousands of members to determine their favorite Los Angeles pub. The clear winner was The King’s Head II located at 12969 Ventura Boulevard in Studio City(www.kingsheadstudiocity.com)
Opening its doors just last year, the Kings Head II is the Valley branch of the famous Ye Old Kings Head in Santa Monica, and they serve a variety of great beers and offer a traditional menu of British favorites for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They also have a late night happy hour (which is always a bonus), as well as live English soccer every weekend for you early birds.
