La Ventura Opens in Studio City
Chef Jeffrey Saad makes a quick turnaround of the former Out Take Bistro on Ventura Boulevard.
TV Chef Jeffrey Saad opened his restaurant La Ventura at 11929 Ventura Blvd. in Studio City in early December, according to EaterLA, replacing Out Take Bistro.
Saad is serving a big selection of vegan and modern Mexican dishes, such as the spiced cauliflower taco and sweet and spicy habanero salsa.
