La Ventura Rumored to Take Over Old Out Take Bistro
Chef plans to remodel and open restaurant in Studio City.
TV Chef Jeffrey Saad is aiming to launch his restaurant La Ventura at 11929 Ventura Blvd., according to EaterLA. It would replace Out Take Bistro.
Saad, current Cooking Channel host who came in second place on the Food Network's The Next Food Network Star in 2009, teases the project on his blog, showing an overhaul of tables and chairs.
