Panera Bread has rolled out its “Hidden Menu” with lower carb and calorie choices. The menu first snuck into New York last November and now it’s available nationwide.
Tell the person who takes your order that you want to order from the Hidden Menu.
You won’t find the choices on the menu or on the banner board.

Not sure why they are being so sneaky, but whatever the reason — now you know! Choices include Power Breakfast Egg White Bowl with Roasted Turkey or Steak and for lunch and dinner — Power Mediterranean Chicken Salad or Roasted Turkey Salad, Power Steak Lettuce Wraps.
