Yeah, we know, Halloween decorations just got put away, and already the holiday decorations are up.
The on-and-off bad weather has kept some of the businesses from putting up their tinsel and shiny holiday lights, but a few are doing it no matter what.
There's one shot from that won't be daunted by a few sprinkles.
