This Wednesday, May 9 at 7 p.m., launches its summer Regional Wine Series with a five-course, four-pour prix-fixe menu crafted by Executive Chef Adam Horton.
The inaugural dinner will focus on the various regions of Italy, with each course and pairing showcasing a different area of the country's distinct culinary landscape. An Italian winemaker will also be on hand to offer notes throughout the evening.
Additional dates and themes for the Regional Wine Series: Spain (June 13); France (July 11).
$75 per person OR $200 per person for all three dinners
