Actually, it's a simple procedure that Spotless Green Cleaners is providing for customers and it involves a simple scan over a screen at the counter where you drop off your clothes.
The scan shows your order, and they go get it off the big rack and how much is owed. It also gives you credits and discounts right on the spot.
