The "Toast from the BLVD" was an exclusive wine lovers experience. For $20, they were able to taste the wines and talk to the experts.
"I love doing smaller events like this, where people really appreciate the experience," said Catherine MacAdam of Agua Dulce Winery, who was showing off an award-winning 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon that was aged for 26 months.
There was also the owners of the D'Argenzio Fine Wines, and others. Trader Joe's provided cheeses and Taste Buds Cupcakes provided desserts.
The event also held a charity raffle for My Friend's House Foundation to aid abused, abandoned and traumatized children.
