New Crime Map Shows Trouble Spots in Studio City
Two intersections at which the most crime was reported in May are on different ends of Studio City.
Trulia, a new interactive crime map open to the general public, shows two ends of Studio City as having the highest number of reported crimes in the community in May.
Seven crimes were indicated at Fruitland Drive and Vineland Avenue, and five were indicated at Ranchito Drive and Ventura Boulevard (which is arguably Sherman Oaks, depending on whom you ask).
The seven crimes around Fruitland included a robbery, a burglary and theft from a car.
