Benjamin E. Tomlin, who moved his family to Studio City in 1962 and opened a real estate development company, died on April 6, 2013. He was 87.
He joined the Navy and he married Pauline E. Grant of Oakland and they had their first son, Michael, that same year. He leaves behind two sons, Michael and John; daughter-in-law, Irene; and granddaughter, Brandia.
