The Studio City Neighborhood Council’s Cultural Affairs
Committee and the Studio City branch of the Los Angeles Public Library present
“50 Years of Television Production at the CBS Radford Lot,” Saturday, October
19, 2013 at 3:30 pm at the Studio City Library, 12511 Moorpark St. in Studio
City. The event examines the 50th
Anniversary of strictly television production on the CBS-Radford lot in Studio
City, formerly the Mack Sennett and then Republic Pictures’ lot.
Los Angeles historians Marc Wanamaker and Mary Mallory
will give a PowerPoint presentation discussing the history of television
production on the lot, focusing on many of the famous stars and popular
television shows that filmed in Studio City.
A reception will follow the screening.
