BARK: Kids Reading to Dogs

Sign up your child to practice reading aloud to certified therapy dogs. Children who are nervous and self-conscious about reading aloud often feel very comfortable reading to a dog. Dogs are not judgmental or intimidating, so it boosts the child’s confidence, they forget about their limitations, and their reading skills improve. It's fun for strong readers too!
