Free Doggie Ice Cream. Party With your Pet.  Win Prizes

Those zanny guys over at Rusty's are putting up their Haunted House and Graveyard; taking photos of you and your pet dressed for the event (or au naturele); giving away prizes; and offering free Doggie Ice Cream and Cake. Hmmmm. Never heard of Doggie Cake but I am sure these pet lovers have it figured out.  They'll be giving out crazy good prizes - they always do.
