Studio City Neighborhood Council Board Meeting: Harvard-Westlake Project

Dear Fellow Stakeholders:

The public is invited to a "Special Meeting" on Thursday, November 7th at the CBS Studio Center Lot starting at 6:30pm for a full presentation of the proposed Harvard-Westlake project.

This is the time when your comments will be heard by the Studio City Neighborhood Council so that they may be taken into consideration for inclusion in our submission of the DEIR.

Please remember that each of you can respond independently to this DEIR.

This meeting will allow you to see and hear what the full project is about and again, will allow you the opportunity to publicly express your opinions.  You may submit your concerns and questions directly to:  http://cityplanning.lacity.org/ and you can also write directly to: diana.kitching@lacity.org.

This is not meant to be a public debate and is not open for questions at this time, but rather it is for informational purposes only and to hear what the community is thinking about this proposed project.

Anyone who wishes to speak MUST FILL OUT A COMMENT CARD and  you will be allowed one minute.  You may also donate your time to one designated speaker of a recognized organization to speak on your behalf.  That individual is allowed up to 10 minutes.  Once you have donated your time, you will not be allowed to speak again.

We expect this to be a very well attended event, so please arrive with enough time to fill out a Comment Card and to enjoy some of the fine food being presented this evening from Crust Pizza of Studio City.
