San Fernando Valley Couple Receives Death Threats Over Romney Sign

A Woodland Hills couple receive death threats over a homemade Romney sign.

Dee and Gene Liboff of Woodland Hills, California, have reportedly come under attack by Obama supporters for placing a homemade Romney banner in their yard, Tad Cronn wrote at Godfather Politics on Friday. According to Cronn, the couple's sign has been vandalized several times, and the couple has allegedly received death threats. Worse yet, the so-called "mainstream media" have remained silent.

Cronn added that ever since the sign went up, they have been engaged in a "running war with vandals who have cut, pulled down, torn apart and ripped the sign out of the ground."

"Every time it happens, the Liboffs get out the tape and glue and put the sign back up. While doing so, they have been yelled at and cursed," Cronn wrote.

According to the couple, a passing biker yelled, "You are dead.”

But, Cronn wrote, things got worse when the couple discovered what appeared to be a Molotov cocktail placed beside the damaged sign.

"The makeshift bomb, consisting of a jar full of some sort of liquid and a rag stuffed in the jar mouth, prompted the bomb squad and fire department to begin a serious investigation into the targeting of the Liboffs’ sign. Police and fire officials have assured the Liboffs that they have their full support," Cronn said.

Despite the discovery, a Google search revealed no coverage by the media as of this writing.

“It hit me pretty hard this last time physically and emotionally,” Dee Liboff said. “This is not the country I believed in and couldn’t wait until I was old enough to vote. We must save our freedom. Socialism and communism are a deep cancer eating up the dreams of our children’s future.”

Mrs. Liboff said that some of their neighbors have expressed support and sympathy for their plight.

“I worked on that beat up. battle-scarred banner and it is up again with a warning poster in English and Spanish saying, ‘Smile, you are on camera and this area is being investigated,’” she said.

The Liboffs, members of the San Fernando Valley Patriots, are not the only ones who have come under attack by unhinged liberals seeking to destroy private property.

On Saturday, Twitchy reported that liberals around the country are attacking and stealing Romney/Ryan signs and many are openly bragging about it on Twitter.

"These thieves and vandals aren’t just skulking away into the night. Many are taking to Twitter to brag about swiping and defacing signs, including one guy who used a Romney sign like Occupiers use cop cars," Twitchy added.

"We steal Romney signs. F**k Romney," tweeted "Jeremy Cross."

"I just saw a vote for Mitt Romney sign pinned in someone's lawn & I ripped it out & threw it in the garbage f**k Romney (sic)," another person tweeted.

"Just walked over to my neighbors yard & ripped up their Mitt Romney sign when they left their house (sic)," tweeted "JB."

Some expressed a desire to do far more than just steal signs, however.

"I just saw a Romney sticker should I set the car on fire or put mustard gas in it? (sic)" one person tweeted.

"Today I saw a truck with a Romney sticker on it. I should have keyed it to teach them a lesson,"tweeted "Rina Vasquez."

"Thinking about spray painting 'We Think Rape Is Cool' right next to my neighbor's Romney/Ryan 2012 sign," another person tweeted.

Twitchy noted that some wished death on those with Romney stickers.

"Every time I see a Romney bumper sticker I wanna run they a*s off the road so they can die a painful death (sic)," tweeted "October's Finest."

"This white man just put a mitt romney sign in my neighborhood gtf die (sic)," added "Bruce W. Williams."

Twitchy described the incidents as "[l]iberal tolerance on display once again."
