Studio City Patch is much more than a local news website.
Part of our mission includes empowering our readers to get involved within the community. I thought I'd take a moment to round up the top ways you can help make the most of your experience using Hollywood Patch each day.
In no particular order:

I'll point you to people, groups and businesses who are active on these outlets. You’ll also be among the first to know when a new post is published.
Join the site. You’ll need a user account to access the website features that makes Hollywood Patch an interactive hub for the community.
Comment. Share your ideas and insight in the comment section of each story. A respectful community dialogue can only make Studio City a better place to live. It doesn't hurt if you want throw in a little humor, too! I've heard of one reader who comments in the form of haiku on a neighboring Patch site.
Post announcements and events. Get the word out about neighborhood happenings, meetings, lost or found pets. It’s also a great way for public relations folks to get their information directly on the site, which will be considered for publication by a Patch editor.
