Photos: What Are You Thankful For?

What are you thankful for this season? Show us by adding your photos to our gallery, and check out what others have to say.

Thanksgiving is a time to reflect on what we appreciate most in life—friends, family, our home and the food on our tables, among others. We're also thankful for the little things, like our pet fish, a new pair of shoes, the weather outside.

What are you thankful for? Upload a photo of it! Once the picture is finished processing, click "Edit your photo" to add a caption describing why you're thankful for what's depicted in your submission.

Don't forget to look through the gallery above to see what others are thankful for!

I'm thankful that I have a roof over my head, good friends, a loving family, and the ability to pay my bills. I feel for those who are in a perpetual state of struggle. These are not easy times for many people.

What am I thankful for? We are where we are in life and we are who we are because someone loved us; it is said that a true friend is someone who knows everything about you and still loves you. So, I say let us be thankful today as we think of those who mentored us, guided us and kept us on the true path. Let us be thankful that we live in a Country that offers us Freedom and Opportunity. And to my fellow Viet Nam Vets across this land, I say that we are not too old to settle for a rocking chair and the TV; Colonel Sanders was 65 when he started his fried chicken enterprise. What can we start anew today, tomorrow, the coming year? We still matter in this Universe...let us dust off those dreams and walk that "road less travelled." Why not? Why not you and why not NOW? Let us set new goals and new plans as we approach the New Year; the best years are still ahead. Happy Thanksgiving, Matt E. Valenzuela Veteran, USMC
