Radio Disney’s 'Festival of Giving' at Beeman Park Helps Kids Give Back
There will be tons of snow, too.
A big community event is planned at Studio City (Beeman) Park this coming Saturday. Family-friendly Radio Disney AM 1110 is helping Los Angeles kids understand the importance of charitable giving this holiday season with its first-annual "Festival of Giving" from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
They are encouraging everyone to park at the CBS Radford Studios and take a shuttle over. The festival makes it easy for families to give back with a variety of charitable organizations on-site to receive donations, including Pet Orphans, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Bookends, LAPD North Hollywood Division, North Hollywood Interfaith Food Pantry, St. Charles Borromeo Church Food Pantry and Operation Uplift.
