What to do on Valentine’s Day?

There’s plenty of things to do. You can buy a special Valentine at some of the local schools to send to a student or teacher.

One romantic moment would be to spend Valentine's Day at Raphael or an early morning at Jamba Juice. Your local Jamba Juice is showing the love, too by offering 16-ounce smoothies this week between the hours of 9 and 11 a.m. through Feb. 15.  There is no coupon necessary. Jamba Juice is also a sponsor of the Team-Up for a Healthy America to fight childhood obesity.

For those of you who hate Valentine's Day, go to the Fox & Hounds where there's no red, no hearts and no cherubic half naked angels attacking you with pointy arrows. Rebecca will be working the floor and Marnie's tending bar and they hate Valentines Day more than you do. DRINK SPECIALS: $5 Carbombs & Bushmills shots

The Loteria Grill has some specials, as does The Bistro Garden ($85 a person) and even Max Fitness Academy offers a sweetheart of a deal. The River Rock Lounge has a four-course special and the new Spoonful has a mouthful for lovey-dovey couples.
