Laser Tag Goes to the DOGS

Come out for unlimited games of laser tag for a charitable donation benefiting D.O.G.S.

The newly formed not-for-profit organization Dachshund Outreach Giving & Socialization (D.O.G.S) hosts its first fundraiser Tuesday, June 26 from 6 to 10 and all are welcome.  Come out to Ultrazone Laser Tag located at the La Reina complex in Sherman Oaks, and for a suggested $30 tax deductible donation enjoy unlimited games.

D.O.G.S participants will enjoy NothingBundtCake.com bundtinis and lots of bottled water to keep players hydrated and sugar levels high in between games.  Other foods and refreshments are available for purchase at the La Reina complex with a host of fun and easy eateries from sushi to burgers to tacos.

Laser tag was born in the 1980s, and is a game where players strap on high-tech vests with an attached laser gun and run around in a dimly lighted maze trying to score points by shooting their friends.  Laser tag is considered a futuristic version of the capture the flag.  Players can dodger lasers alone or strategize with teammates.  It’s more fun to shoot your friends and to be shot by them.

The event benefits our dachshunds but is not a dog-friendly venue so leave the  pampered pooches in the comfort of their private homes.  There will be many future D.O.G.S occasions for your doxies to attend.  This one is just for humans.

Advance purchase can be made via paypal.  Advance purchase price for tickets is $25 for an individual ticket and $40 per couple.  Only cash will be accepted at the door and ticket prices are $30 for an individual and $50 per couple.  Parties of 5 or more should inquire about a special discount rate.

If you can’t make the party and still want to contribute, online donations will be accepted and greatly appreciated.

Dear tbs, Deon Coles black box is the worst tv show ever. Though it is hosted by a black man, it'sRead More a show based on pointing fun and rude Racist jokes directed toward black people. If there was a white host it would be considered racist but because a black man was appointed to be host , you might have figured we wouldn't be offended but we are and I can't speak for all but I feel like resist jokes aren't ok regardless of who is telling them and I would like tbs to take down this show or atleast change the points in the show ! -signed, Kalil Stimpson
