Put on your party hat and let’s celebrate. Today everyone’s favorite dachshund, Rufus, officially turns 9.  If you want to show Rufus some love today on his special day, please in lieu of gifts, feel free to make a tax-deductible donation to the charity he inspired – Dachshund Outreach Giving and Socialization (DOGS).
