Big Curvy Love Blog: Reasons Not to Date Him

I’ve been in a few of these situations in Studio City and on the outside the answers seem obvious but when you’re in the midst, a big girl just can’t see sense! I now understand why Lincoln Anthony Blades calls it ‘uncommon sense.’ Here’s my advice from a Big Curvy Lover who’s been there done that (not saying which ones though).

IF HE ONLY SEES YOU AT YOURS/HIS PLACE FOR SEX

You’re getting texts from him but only every few weeks and they are either out of the blue or late at night. Yes, he loves your curves and as soon as he arrives he’s got you dropping your plus size panties within 30 seconds. This guy is NOT your B.I.T  (boyfriend in training,) you’re not even his f*budy (that would mean you are friends in everyday life). You are straight up his b-o-o-t-y call! This is NOT dating and will NEVER turn into dating he only loves your big naked booty in bed and that’s it.

P.S when was your last STI check? Make that appointment NOW and DON’T date him curvy girl!

IF HE WON’T TAKE YOU OUT IN PUBLIC

 This guy is different from the Booty Call Bloke as he DOES hang out with you but won’t go out of his comfort zone where your convenient interaction happens i.e work, university etc. I call this the ‘proximity rule’ its pretty much where you date someone you’re around on a daily basis and put in little to no effort.  The only reason a guy like this leaves his ‘proximity’ is for sex. If he won’t make out or even hold your hand and walk down the street with a look on his face that says “this is MY woman” then forget his ass DON’T date him curvy girl!

IF HE NEVER TEXTS OR CALLS YOU

 If there’s one thing that really gives me the ultimate chub rub it’s being the person to ALWAYS make contact.  Whether its texting, Facebook, phone there has to be a point where he not just ‘responds’ but initiates. A 3-word response says a lot more than he thinks. The dude obviously isn’t interested otherwise he’d be chasing and wanting to take you off the market making you unavailable for other guys to text, facebook and phone. If you stop contacting him and he doesn’t get back to you within 24hours then DON’T date him curvy girl!

IF YOU’RE THE UNDERSTUDY

Okay, so it worked for Angelina and Brad but you DON’T want to be the plus size primadonna waiting for his leading lady to fall off the stage so you can steal her spotlight. This also happens with guys holding out for his ‘first choice’ or wanting to get back with his ex, highschool sweetheart or baby mama. Sure he’ll charm you, flirt with you and maybe even snog you every now and again keep interested but trust me when I say he’s NOT your leading man he’s just plain leading you on. DON’T date him curvy girl!
