Plot Synopsis:

Erica is a woman in crisis, at work, with her boyfriend, and with her life. She's a consumer affairs rep and talks all day on the phone to strangers, but never scratches the surface of these superficial contacts. Then, through pure accident, she misdials and really talks to a stranger for the first time. This begins her journey to make real connections, and her desire to "take a chance" is what leads her to her love interest, Kyle.
