2013 Mother's Day Weekend Arts & Crafts Show • Rotary Club of Studio City/Sherman Oaks

Mark your calendar! The much-awaited Mother's Day Weekend Arts & Crafts Show, hosted by the Rotary Club of Studio City/Sherman Oaks is coming to town next weekend, May 11 & 12, 2013.

Located at , at the NE corner of Laurel Canyon Blvd., and Moorpark Street, show hours are 10 a.m.- 5 p.m.

Since October 1970, this show has proudly displayed works by award winning artists and artisans from across the country as well as across town. It started with only 10 artists and grew from there.

Did you know.....monies collected from booth sales go directly to the club's selected charities such as the Braille Institute, women's shelters and other organizations that provide vital services to our communities.

Boy Scout Troup 210 will again be serving up fresh coffee, donuts and muffins in the morning, and sodas, bottled water, hamburgers, hot dogs and chips in the afternoon. The troup receives a Community Service Certificate placed in their Eagle Books for review. Monies earned go towards camping equipment, reduction in fees for summer camp and upgrades on equipment used for the art show.

Pastimes for a Lifetime Art School will showcase selected student artwork at their Booth B64. Students will receive Certificates of Merit and Community Service recoginition for their portfolios and school requirements.
