Pauline's Handmade Brittle featured their mouth-watering wares at The Studio City/Sherman Oaks Rotary Club's October 2012 Arts & Crafts Show. 

Pauline has been making brittle since she can remember using an old family
recipe. This is the kind of product that once you taste it, you realize you want
to let the world know about it. That's exactly why Pauline formed this company.

Pauline makes each batch by hand. Flavors include Dark Chocolate Pecan Brittle, Pecan Brittle, Milk Chocolate, Marble Chocolate Pecan Brittle and White Chocolate Pewcan Brittle. Her brittle is crunchy and not too sweet.
