Glenn Lee Wong, a world traveler who lived in Studio City and Sherman Oaks, died after a long battle with lung and brain cancer. He was 51.
Memorials will be held Sept. 8 in Sacramento and Sept. 15 in Studio City (see information below.)
He was born April 21, 1960 and Aug. 17 and was the owner of 1st String Pro Shop in Santa Monica.
According to hs family, Wong "valiantly battled stage 4 lung cancer for over 3 years; an inspiration and oncological 'miracle'. Survived by his loved, loving and dedicated fiancee Billie Parsons of Sherman Oaks, his parents Frank and Lucy, siblings Vicki (Howard), Judi and Steve, all of Sacramento, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, Jonz Brothers, fellow bowlers and golfers."
