Why does the Tree People organization have a Beverly Hills address when it is clearly in the Studio City area? And does Beverly Hills really reach all the way into Studio City borders?
The Tree People property is not in Studio City. It is considered on the south side of the hill. The area is in Los Angeles, called Beverly Hills adjacent.
The streets between Vineland Avenue and Tujunga Avenue on Ventura Boulevard is a very dangerous and busy intersection with so much traffic, there needs to be a stop sign placed or a traffic light issued. Is there any plan for any remedy for this area?
There are two signals within the area you have written about. One at the Marshall’s parking lot entrance and at the corner of Eureka. The DOT has rules related to how many signals may be placed within a certain radius. You may want to contact the Transportation Committee of the Studio City Neighborhood Council [www.studiocitync.org] and request this issue is looked into by the SCNC.
Whose decision was it to make the major intersection of Ventura and Laurel Canyon named Andrei Sakarov Square? What does he have to do with Studio City?
The City Council makes the decision to name intersections within Los Angeles. I have tried to find out whether Sakarov ever visited Studio City, but have found nothing of value.

There is no unofficial mayor of Studio City.
Is there a drive-thru car wash (where the driver stays in the car) in or around Studio City?
Not in Studio City. The closest drive-thru car wash in at Riverside Drive and Lankershim Blvd.
