Corned Beef and Cabbage, roast carrots and parsnips, and great drifts of mashed potatoes (hand pressed through the potatoe ricer, I don't always do it but on special days everyone likes them that way ~ it's like returning to the early 1900s to use that thing) and green cakes!

This sounds enchanting and the riced potatoes amazing! (I am on a cleanse right now so good recipes for me are like food porn! Especially potatoes!)
